Terms of Service

1. I may decline any commission for any reason.

I am not obligated to explain why. Arguing, pressuring, or harassing me will result in being blocked and blacklisted.

2. I do not accept commissions that include or promote hate.

This includes racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, etc.

3. Reference materials or explicit detail are required when requesting commissions.

Please provide clear photo references, examples, or written inspiration when making your request. The more detail you give, the better the final result will be. I will not accept requests of "take some hot photos plz"

4. Payment is required upfront.

Payment is due before work begins.

5. Complex requests may incur additional fees.

You will be informed of any added cost before the commission begins. I will not start the project without your agreement to the full price.

6. No refunds on completed work.

Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete your commission.

7. I will not create content involving certain extreme or prohibited kinks.

This includes, but is not limited to: NSFW acts involving minors, toilet play, gore, vore, and non-consensual acts.

8. I may accept USD at a conversion rate of $5 USD per 1 million gil.

9. Turnaround Time

I do not have a strict turnaround time due to my work schedule and the joys of living with ADHD.
If you need a commission expedited or completed in under a week, let me know before we begin. If I’m available, we can discuss an additional charge for a rush order.

10. Usage & Credit

Commissioned work is for personal use only. Do not claim it as your own. I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces in the promotional galleries on this carrd.
